The arena Kickboard is ideal for all levels of swimmers and perfect for developing the lower part of your body (both your legs and stomach muscles) and also for improving your leg kick technique. Try it out to improve your leg kick, making sure your body position is correct: place your hands firmly in the holes on the upper part of the board, keep your hips high and kick your legs properly without letting your feet come out of the water.
